Terms of use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the SwissDoc platform, available at www.swiss-doc.ch and operated by Bompard Digital.
Description of the service
SwissDoc is a SaaS platform for generating Swiss administrative and legal documents. The service lets you create, customise and export documents from templates adapted to the 26 Swiss cantons and available in French, German and Italian. The interface is available in English, French, German and Italian; documents are written in French, German or Italian.
User account
You need an account to use the service. You can sign up with an e-mail address and a password or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. In the event of unauthorised use, please contact us immediately at contact@bompard-digital.ch.
Plans and pricing
SwissDoc offers two plans:
• Free plan: limited access (3 documents included in total, not renewed, all templates, PDF export).
• Pro plan: CHF 9.90 per month, or CHF 95.– per year billed in a single payment. Unlimited documents, all templates, cantonal variants, PDF and Word export.
The prices shown are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Not subject to VAT. No VAT is therefore charged. SwissDoc reserves the right to change its prices with 30 days’ notice; the new price applies at the earliest from the next renewal.
Payment and billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pro subscriptions are payable in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the option chosen. They renew automatically for a period of the same length until they are cancelled. You must accept these Terms before making any payment. SwissDoc does not store any bank details.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time, free of charge, from Settings › Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access to the Pro features until that date, and no renewal is charged afterwards.
There are no automatic refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example in the case of a billing error), please contact contact@bompard-digital.ch. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual property
SwissDoc’s document templates, editorial content and source code are protected by Swiss and international copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them.
The documents you generate from our templates belong to you. You are free to use, modify and distribute them without restriction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Try to get around the limits of the Free plan
• Resell, redistribute or make available the document templates
• Deliberately overload the service’s infrastructure
• Create several accounts to get around usage limits
Legal disclaimer
SwissDoc provides document templates for information purposes only. These documents do not in any way constitute legal, tax or professional advice. The templates are generic and may need to be adapted to your particular situation. We recommend that you consult a qualified professional (lawyer, notary, fiduciary) for any specific legal question.
Availability of the service
We do our best to keep the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or in cases of force majeure. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SwissDoc is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from:
• The use of, or inability to use, the service
• The use of the documents generated
• Errors or omissions in the document templates
• Loss of data
SwissDoc’s total liability is furthermore limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the last 12 months.
These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence (art. 100 para. 1 CO, Swiss Code of Obligations), nor in other cases where the law prohibits excluding or limiting liability.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from the settings (immediate deletion, after confirming with your e-mail address and a recent login) or by writing to contact@bompard-digital.ch. Deletion cancels any subscription and erases your personal data and your documents, except for data that must be kept by law.
SwissDoc reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, after prior notice where circumstances allow.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the operator’s domicile, in Bulle (canton of Fribourg).
The mandatory consumer jurisdiction (art. 32 and 35 CPC, Swiss Civil Procedure Code) remains reserved: if you use the service for private purposes, you can bring proceedings before the court of your domicile or that of the operator, and you can only be sued before the court of your domicile.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms. Substantial changes will be notified by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
